We all carry stories, beliefs and ways of seeing the world that we didn’t consciously choose.

They are shaped by our childhood, our family, our experiences and the environments we grew up in. And without necessarily realising it, they can continue to influence the way we feel, react, build relationships and make choices.

Becoming a mother brought many of these patterns to the surface for me. It made me question what I had inherited, what I wanted to keep — and what I no longer wanted to carry or pass on.

That journey gradually led me to the work I do today.

My purpose is to help you free yourself from the invisible patterns you’ve inherited, so you can shape your life more consciously.

A life across cultures

Living in different countries and experiencing different cultures taught me that there isn’t just one way of seeing the world.

What seems completely normal in one family, culture or environment can look very different in another. That experience sparked my curiosity about the beliefs, patterns and invisible rules we absorb — often without ever questioning them.

Later, motherhood brought those questions much closer to home. It became a powerful mirror, revealing some of my own automatic reactions, beliefs and inherited patterns.

I began to look more closely at what I wanted to pass on to my children — and what I wanted to do differently.

Motherhood, a journey of transformation

Becoming a mother took this questioning even further. Ways of doing things that had once seemed obvious to me suddenly no longer did, and I began to look differently at what I had received growing up and what I wanted to pass on.

I also discovered just how deeply our relationship with our children can touch parts of us that go back a long way. Some reactions that seem to belong entirely to the present can also tell us something about our own story and our own emotional wounds.

This is still what fascinates me about parenting today: beyond how we raise and support our children, it can become a powerful opportunity to understand ourselves better, free ourselves from certain automatic patterns, and grow alongside them.

How I work today

A fear, an overwhelming emotion, a behaviour you would like to change, a challenge in your parenting, something that keeps repeating itself, a need to let go of something or simply to feel more balanced again… there can be many different reasons for seeking support.

But the way I approach them remains the same: looking beneath the surface of what you are experiencing, including the aspects you may not always be consciously aware of.

Today, I work with hypnosis and Reiki, using different approaches depending on what you are experiencing and how you would like to work with it.
